RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Please adhere to the following return policy:

The following items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of date of purchase:
– Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.
– Defective merchandise.
– Merchandise that was mispacked or was not shipped correctly.
– Merchandise that has not been installed.
Skylights with blinds and other special order skylights are non-refundable and non-returnable.
A 26% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective or incorrectly shipped. Skylights2Go.com is not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.
If your shipment arrives and appears damaged please inspect the package thoroughly and if the contents appear damaged please refuse the shipment. We will do everything we can to have a new order rushed out to you.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds for returned items are typically processed within 10 working days once the MFG receives the returned product.
