Roof Window Flashing for Tile Roof - MK04

Specifically designed for use with tile roofs (over 1/2" thickness) and other high-profile roofing materials. It ensures proper water drainage away from your VELUX roof window without the need for sealants that can degrade over time. The pliable and pleated sill apron makes it easy to shape the flashing to fit the contours of the roof tiles.  

Technical Specs: Roof Window Flashing, Compatible Roof Materials: Tile (over 1/2" thickness) and high-profile, Compatible VELUX Models: GPU, GGU (size MK04), Required Roof Pitch: 15-90 degrees.  

Additional Notes:

  • This flashing kit is not compatible with roof windows from other manufacturers or other VELUX roof window models not specifically listed.  
  • For shingle, shake, or slate roof applications, please order the EDL MK04 flashing model.
  • Adhesive underlayment (ZOZ 216, sold separately) is recommended for areas with severe weather conditions where snow and ice accumulation on the roof is possible.
  • Accessory (Recommended, Sold Separately): ZOZ 216 (Adhesive Underlayment).
