Skylights2Go sells genuine VELUX products and provides customers with access to the official VELUX Limited Warranty. This warranty is issued and administered by VELUX and applies to eligible products purchased from an authorized VELUX distributor.

Warranty Overview
The VELUX Limited Warranty applies to eligible VELUX products purchased from an authorized distributor and installed in the United States on or after January 1, 2025, subject to VELUX terms.
Coverage and eligibility are determined solely by VELUX.
Coverage May Include
- Covered VELUX products listed in the warranty
- Coverage for the original property owner only
- Labor coverage as defined by VELUX
- Leak protection when installation follows VELUX instructions
Certain exclusions apply. Condensation caused by indoor conditions is not covered.

VELUX may revise warranty terms at its discretion. Skylights2Go does not modify, extend, or administer manufacturer warranties.
