This warranty applies to all eligible VELUX products purchased from an authorized VELUX dealer and installed in the United States on or after January 1, 2025.
What’s Covered
VELUX offers limited coverage for the following:
- Covered Products: Includes specific VELUX products listed in the warranty document.
- End-User Protection: Coverage applies to the original property owner (not for resale or commercial redistribution).
- Labor Costs: Covers labor for replacing a defective product under warranty terms.
- Leak Protection: Covers leaks caused by improper installation when done in accordance with VELUX instructions.
Note: Condensation due to indoor humidity or temperature changes is not covered under this warranty.
