Shipping & Returns Policy
This policy outlines order cancellations, returns, and refunds for products purchased from Skylights2Go.com within the United States. Please review this information before placing an order.
Skylights2Go sells skylight products and accessories only. We do not provide installation services.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 45 days of purchase if:
- Products are unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
- Original packaging is intact
- Return authorization has been issued by Skylights2Go
Restocking Fees
A 25 percent restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Fees are waived for defective, damaged, or mis-shipped products.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items. Skylights2Go covers return shipping for defective or incorrectly shipped products.
Returns must be sent to a designated return location provided after authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect shipments upon delivery. If damage is visible, mark the delivery receipt as “Damaged” and refuse delivery when possible. Retain packaging and contact support promptly.
Skylights2Go is not responsible for installation costs, removal expenses, or project delays.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
In-Stock Products:
May be canceled prior to shipment.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products:
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours. After that, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
