Skylights2Go sells skylight products and accessories only. We do not provide installation services.

- Freight Delivery: Large orders are delivered via semi-truck. Please ensure the delivery location is accessible to large vehicles.

Returns & Refund Policy
At Skylights2Go, we want to ensure your project is a success. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.
Return Eligibility
We will accept returns within 45 days of purchase provided that:
- Condition: Products are unused, uninstalled, and unaltered.
- Packaging: Original packaging is intact and in resalable condition.
- Authorization: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued by our support team.
Restocking Fees
- Non-Defective Returns: A fixed 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover inspection and warehouse handling.
- Exemptions: Restocking fees are waived for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped.
Return Shipping
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-defective items.
- Shipping Location: Returns must be sent to the designated return warehouse address provided with your RMA.
- Unauthorized Returns: Please do not ship items to our administrative office in Dallas; unauthorized returns will be refused.
Damaged & Defective Shipments
- Inspection: You must inspect all freight shipments upon delivery.
- Reporting Damage: If damage is visible, please mark the delivery receipt as “Damaged” and refuse the shipment.

Refund Processing
- Inspection Period: Once received at our warehouse, returns are inspected within 3–5 business days.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of inspection.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment method used at checkout.
Order Cancellations
In-Stock Products:
May be canceled prior to shipment.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products:
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours. After that, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
